Our lightest beer offering, this Mexican style beer is created using pilsner malts and flaked maize. We used traditional German hops for this batch which make this beer incredibly refreshing!

A beer that we made with Golden Promise malt and only the freshest Citra hops we could get our hands on. We didn't use any bittering hop additions on this one which allows for maximum hop flavor without the bitterness.

Half German lager, half Hefeweizen, this beer is the best of both worlds! Caramel malts give this beer additional sweetness which compliments the banana character provided by the yeast. Both are offset with the use of German hops to balance it out and keep you coming back for more!

We brewed another delicious Hazy IPA and added lactose during the brewing process. Then, after fermentation is complete, we add large quantities of apricot puree and 100 Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla beans to make this beer a smooth, slightly sweet, fruity IPA.

Description:
A kettle soured American Wheat Ale brewed with Citra and El Dorado hops to add bold citrus notes. After fermentation, we add almost 100 lbs of blueberries and Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Beans which tone down the sourness.
Tasting Notes:
Tart, fruity and citrusy! The first sip brings bright tart blueberry flavors to the tongue, followed by smooth vanilla.
